During one particular event, Nadeem worked for 48 hours straight after six staff members resigned right before a 500-guest event. 

Soon, he was promoted to junior sous chef of Radisson Dubai, which led to further opportunities in Oman and, eventually, the United Kingdom. In the UK, Nadeem entered the world of fusion cuisine after he helped open a fusion restaurant. Within six months, the restaurant earned the prestigious Rosette Award, an achievement that centered Nadeem’s reputation in the fine dining world.

His journey continued at the Radisson Stansted Airport Hotel, where he oversaw large-scale operations, managing breakfast and lunch services for hundreds of guests.
